All items are sent using 2nd Class Royal Mail and insured up to the item(s) amount.

Why isn’t my pot perfect?

Read item descriptions carefully before purchase. Some things you could see from a sunshine child item can include: Tiny air bubbles, little cracks inside and a wobbly texture. None of which detract from their charm . Each is completely unique and this makes your experience personal and individual .You are the only one in the whole world with a pot just like yours as all ceramics are hand made

I’m unhappy! Can I get a refund?

I am sorry if you are unhappy with your order, unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Every item is made with love, care and lots of time. Every item is functional art and has bits of sunshine lovingly crafted into each piece.
